BACLO founder Victor Conte sent a letter to George Bush offering to “reveal everything he knows” about athletes and coaches in return for a light sentence that will keep him out of jail. It’ll be very interesting to see where this goes. I bet there are some very nervous, muscular athletes out there.

Paul Hewitt cashed in on Georgia Tech’s amazing NCAA run. He just signed a contract worth $7.1 million over 6 years, with an automatic yearly rollover. They locked him by requiring him to pay half the remaining compensation if he leaves for another college job. Interestingly, he can leave for the NBA for free.
