The ACC media put out their preseason football picks and as was the case the previous twelve years, Floridsa State is their pick for first. They must have that part printed in ink. I guess Duke at #9 (or #11 now) is also written in permanent marker.
The two new schools, Miami and Virginia Tech, are picked second and sixth, respectively.
